All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
During peak seasons (Eid, weddings, events), processing times may slightly vary.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines:

Major Cities: 2–3 business days
Other Cities: 3–5 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, or unforeseen delays.

Shipping Charges

We offer nationwide delivery across Pakistan at a flat shipping rate of Rs. 500 per order.

Shipping charges are applied at checkout and are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.

Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the parcel.
Failed delivery attempts due to unavailability may result in order cancellation.

6. Packaging & Temperature Care

As chocolates are sensitive to heat:

Orders are securely packed to maintain product quality.
Meltique is not responsible for melting caused by extreme temperatures once the package has been delivered.
We recommend refrigerating chocolates upon receipt.

7. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
Meltique is not liable for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
