At Meltique, we take pride in crafting premium chocolates with the highest quality standards. Due to the perishable nature of our products, our return and refund policy is outlined below:

1. Perishable Products

All Meltique chocolates are food items and are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • An incorrect item

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

After verification, we may offer:

  • A replacement product
    OR

  • Store credit
    OR

  • Refund (if applicable)

3. Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect address provided by customer

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Delays caused by courier companies

4. Refund Processing

If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days via original payment method.

5. COD Orders

Cash on Delivery orders are eligible for replacement only (no cash refunds once accepted).
